Kenwood Goes To ILJCL

With your generous help last year, we were able to send the largest delegation of students in Illinois’ history to the prestigious Illinois Junior Classical League Convention where we placed 4th in the entire state! Over a third of our delegates needed financial assistance to attend this life changing event and with your kindness, you made it happen! This event is the highlight of our Latin family’s year! Please help us send even more students this year. We are one of only a few predominantly African American high schools in the entire country to offer Latin and the only neighborhood high school in the city to offer this ubiquitous language.
