Sarah Thomas- Marathon Swimmer

You may have recently heard of Sarah Thomas for her awe-inspiring swimming feats. She recently broke her own record and set a new world record for Unassisted Open Water Marathon Swimming. This means Sarah swam 104 miles straight without stopping, sleeping or holding onto to anything to rest. She is truly a fighter. Now Sarah has begun a different fight. She has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. This cancer can easily end her marathon swimming career and her ability to start a family with her husband. I pray it does not end her life. While this cancer is strong foe, Cancer underestimates its rival. Sarah is strong, determined and will overcome this marathon battle with breast cancer in VICTORY!Outside of the swimming world, Sarah is an ordinary person living on a modest income. She is not financially rewarded for her outstanding swimming feats. It is with this Go Fund Me that I would like to show support for Sarah. First and most important, please pray for Sarah’s victory in this battle. Next the money raised with this campaign will help fund sending family members to help Sarah when she needs their support. Sarah doesn’t live near her mom and sisters and will need them during difficult times to take care of her.
