Deb will be having more surgery January 2018.
When she returns home, she will need to use her walk-in shower. Unfortunately, she can’t use this bathroom, because there is tile damage and water penetrating through to the subfloor and subfloor supports.
Two contractors have inspected the bathroom and have estimated the repair cost to be between $3,000-$3,500. Randy Geib is the project manager for this job. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Frank Ward at [phone redacted].
