My name is Jonathon Lillis U.S. and I am a Freestyle Aerials Ski Team Member. My dream since I was a child has been to earn a Gold Medal at the Winter Olympic Games for the United States of America.

I am so close to achieving this dream of mine, but I need your help so I can compete on the FIS World Cup Tour. I have made it this far due to my determination and passion for the sport, and with the Olympics just around the corner I am striving to qualify. This fundraising page will not only help me get to the places I need to be but knowing that I have support from so many of you will inspire me and push me to levels I could not reach without the supporters!

How I got here
At age 14 I was named to the Elite Aerial Development Program for the USA Freestyle Ski Team and moved to Lake Placid, NY to live in the Olympic Training Center. I trained daily on trampoline, physical conditioning, water ramps, and on snow in the Winter. In 2011, at 16 years old, I was one of the youngest athletes to be named to the National Ski Team.

For the past two years I have competed on the FIS World Cup tour. In 2012 I was named FIS World Cup Rookie of the Year, won a Silver Medal at the Junior World Championships in Italy and won the Gold Medal at US Junior National Championships.

I am in the final months of realizing my childhood dream of competing in the Winter Olympic games. Please help me raise funding to compete in all of the 2014 Freestyle Aerial World Cup events in order to increase my chances of selection to the 2014 Olympic Team. Unfortunately, the US Ski Team does not cover my expenses which are over $9,975 to travel to 5 different countries to compete prior to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games. Below is my estimated budget for this season. Any help is greatly appreciated.
