Kevin Jacobs Needs our Help ❤️

Please help the one the one and only Kevin Jacobs in this horrific time of need. We came to Vegas to relax and have fun but had an unexpected event happen which led to an overnight visit in the ER and so far a week in ICU. His heart is broken.. literally. We received news that his heart has failed him and will most likely be sent to UCLA for a heart transplant. The Doctors are not sure what caused this due to his young age and healthy lifestyle. This means an extended stay at the hospital and no income to maintain living expenses, bills, etc. Kevin has always put family and friends first and done what he could to help others in there time of need and now it’s our turn to pay it forward. He recently moved and started a new job but unfortunately can’t work at the moment and needs our help. He is grateful for his insurance due to the amount of testing and procedures that have already happened but we all know it only covers so much.*Here is the small run down to help understand what is going on and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions. -He has had a Hard time breathing the past 2 weeks since moving to Flagstaff thinking it was high altitude related-Still couldn’t breathe properly when arriving to Vegas which was concerning -Talked him into going to a Walgreens clinic to get a quick remedy thinking it was some sort of infection in his lungs, but was directed to ER-Went to ER hoping to just get a quick diagnosis, Rx and be on our way. Unfortunately This did not happen-After some testing and detailed questioning they surprised us with all this news. 1)Extreme Heart Failure (only 10% use) 2)Kidneys aren’t functioning properly3)Pulmonary Edema in Lungs- This is all still a shock and doesn’t feel real. -They are leaning toward transporting Kevin to UCLA for a heart transplant but have a few other tests to give before he is stable to go and know for sure. His Kidneys need to function before any decisions are made and other tests are performed as they have negative reactions on kidneys. It’s a waiting game at this point and all we can do pray and hope for a Miracle. Kevin is still in ICU and is in good spirits. He is a fighter and will get through this.
