Hello Family, here is an update on the July 2015 Family Reunion. Becky found out that the Fair Grounds in Eagle, Colorado ( the usual place for our reunions) is available July 3 & 4 2015 . However in order to save the date we have to put down half of the deposit. The total amount of the deposit is $750.00 we need $375.00 ASAP to hold the date. The total fee to rent the facility for those two days is $400.00, in addition to the $750.00 deposit, so the final cost torent the Fair Grounds is $1,150.00. Since this is our family reunion I thought I would ask everyone to pitch in whatever they can so we can reserve this date. I know times are hard for everyone that's why I'm asking as a family to all pitch in for "our family reunion". Becky is our connection for the venue so therefore I propose we send all monies to Becky Martinez at PO Box 1265 Gypsum, Colorado 81637. The deposit will be refunded once we clean the facility. I think the deposit should be put in an account for the next family reunion this way we have deposit on hand. If we can get the cost for the rental of the facility out of the way we can move on to planning a great family reunion. I know we have all been looking forward to having a family reunion, so let's all pull together as a family to make this an amazing one!
