Help Matt's Fight Against Lymphoma

Update: After 6 cycles of chemo most of the lymphoma has resolved....unfortunately, there is still an active lymphoma mass near
his heart, this is an unclassifiable mediastinal gray zone lymphoma, in short it is extremely rare and has features between hodgkins and non-hodgkins but cannot be classified as either 

New Treatment: Matt will start more chemo this coming week, he will get 2 cycles of a stronger chemo that is 4 consecutive days with a 21 day break in between cycles, this chemo will start a long process of prepping Matt for a Stem Cell Transplant which
timeline wise will most likely happen in September. We are now at City of Hope and pray that their expertise in transplants will put Matt on the road to remission

I cannot believe we have been fighting this for 7 months, it seems like just yesterday our lives changed forever but we are so
thankful for ALL of you, please continue to pray for Matt and his recovery, send positive messages his way and continue to 
share his story.

For those who don't know, Matt was diagnosed with Stage 3 Non Hodgkins Lymphoma in October. He has started Chemo and will get treatment every 21 days, he was hoping to work inbetween cycles but unfortunately this has not been possible, he's been admitted into the hospital 3 times now for various reasons and we have decided that the stress of him having to work throughout this process is not good for his health and ultimately his recovery. We have a wonderful support system and Matt is in great spirits besides all the set backs. Helping him with the financial burden of not working during his treatment would be amazing and I can only hope one less thing to stress about will help him in his recovery. We appreciate each and every single person who has and will be there for us. Feel free to leave words of encouragement for Matt I will be sure to read them to him. -With Love, Brittnee
