Bonjour! Guten Tag! Hello!
This summer, I am leading my first tour to Europe with students. As a German teacher, my absolute favorite thing is opening my students' eyes and minds to travel and new places. I am hoping to completely change their lives with our tour in June.
On this tour, my students will experience different cultures and cuisines, as well as learn valuable lessons about travel and ambassadorship. I am hoping that this will help them be more competent and confident travelers in the future.
We will be headed to London, Paris, Lucerne, and several places in Germany including Munich and Heidelberg.

Unfortunately, the tour we are taking is expensive, and I have many students who aren't able to afford such an extravagant trip.
So, what I'd like to do is offer a sponsorship for one student. The students will have to apply, just like any scholarship. Listed below are the things I am asking for in the application in order to choose the most deserving student to go with us.
- 3 teacher recommendation forms
- a personal essay (750-1,000 words) discussing how this trip will impact his or her future
- parent acknowledgment form
Please help me bring one disadvantaged student to Europe to experience these amazing places! Any amount will help!
