<div>I have been in a terrible car accident I never thought would happen. This was a life-changing event as I did die and come back to life. I was in pain from stress and other things, so I drove myself to Queens West. After being medicated, they let me go home, but as I was getting home, I felt the worst pain that made me pass out and crash straight into a pole (light). That hit wasn’t small; it totaled the vehicle. If someone had been on the passenger side, they would have died, and if I never had my seat belt on, I would have flown yards out the window. All that said, it shattered my hip, thigh, dislocated bones, caused brain bruising and bleeding, along with a lot of trauma. My entire right lower body was smashed, and although I don’t remember anything, I cried and said it all hurt. I didn’t remember anyone or anything even on Saturday. Not even knowing I did die and was revived during my ambulance ride to the first hospital and then had to be again transported to our island's biggest hospital trauma center.  Not knowing my mother-in-law's car had no full coverage, <strong>my medical bill is now insanely high after the surgeries, MRIs, CAT scans, and so much more trying to keep me alive.</strong> Not to mention, I am unable to walk, cook, clean, barely eat, and also will be unable to work, which means no pay. <strong>I never thought I would ever end up in this type of situation, but I’m just thankful to God I am alive.</strong> With all these surgeries, fractures, and pain, I truly believe God saved me to show me to be more grateful instead of complaining.  I hate asking for help, but I am a single mom, no family, and I truly need any help. Even if you can’t donate money and want to stop and help me clean or cook for me and the boys, I am grateful and thankful. No amount is too little or too small, and if it is over budget, which I’m pretty sure it’s not because I saw a small glance at the cost before the last two days, I will donate for Christmas to a family! I appreciate every one of you guys who have called, stopped by, hugged me, found my number because I’m notorious for changing it, and I feel so loved and so helpless all at the same time.
