Help baby Mason & family fight Cancer

9 years ago a young woman's life changed forever. She fell from a loft, broke her spine and became paralyzed. Alissa adapted to her life changes and lived her life. She found Kevin and she became Alissa Collins Silva, a beautiful bride. Alissa thought her life was complete. That is until her baby boy Mason was born.

Mason is now 6 months old and was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called MDS. In a couple of weeks, when a match is made, he will undergo a bone marrow transplant and start intense chemo. Much like the disease and treatment that Robin Roberts of GMA received, except Mason is a 6 month old baby who is the love of his parents life.


Mason's treatment will be done at The Boston Children's Hospital so he will be in the best possible facility. He will receive chemo several times a week for a few weeks. The family will be in and out of Boston, which include gas, parking, in addition to the untold medical expenses. Because his parents and grandmother, Karen Collins, will not leave his side during this, they will also experience lost wages.
