This Christmas, we’re continuing our mission to spread holiday cheer to children and families in our mobile home communities. With your generous support last year, we brightened the holidays for 20 families by providing thoughtful gifts and essentials like diapers, coats, boots, and mittens.

Our dedicated onsite managers are once again selecting families most in need, ensuring that each gift is meaningful. In past years, children have asked for items as simple as a warm jacket to get through winter.

This year, we’re thrilled to enhance the magic by bringing Santa Claus to some of our parks to distribute gifts, creating unforgettable memories for the kids.
