Darlene's Vision

First and foremost, I want to thank you for making it to this page. I hope that you come to find this particular reading to be beneficial to you as this process has been for me.

I am a driven, passionate, and tenacious entrepreneur whose ambition to succeed is fueled by the desire to benefit others.

In 2004, I learned from a high school teacher that Arizona ranks 32 in the nation for education. After hearing this alarming information, a small flame was ignited inside me. That flame-that desire and fortitude to help change that ranking, became the foundation for all my entrepreneurial ventures and my purpose/passion in life. As an update, that ranking has worsen and Arizona, for 2013, now ranks 43^rd in the nation (Hightower, Amy. "States Show Spotty Progress on Education Gauges". Education Week., 4 January 2013. The realization of this startling statistic compelled me to invest in my education, create educational and inspirational organizations and persevere in obtaining my bachelor's degree. Once I graduated, I pursued endeavors such as working for different educational institutions, investing in business ventures, side gigs and odd jobs in order to get closer to my passion and goals with not much progress.

Recently, I discovered there have always been two underlying thoughts which always motivated and inspired me: real estate and my desire to positively impact Arizona's youth. Therefore, real estate will be my vehicle to gaining the finances, resources, and networks in order to make a difference. With my path becoming undoubtedly focused, I've researched and gained the necessary information to start this venture.

I have come across a group of wealthy real estate investors who are willing to take me under their wing, if I prove to them, their time won't be wasted with me as their protégé. This type of strong support system and power team gives me the greatest chance of success.

I will finally manifest the vision that has been evolving and becoming stronger inside me. The excitement and potential has me literally sleep deprived! Waking up at 4am almost every day with ideas that have marinated in my head overnight, in order to write them down because, subconsciously, I know I cannot let a single idea pass me by.

In an effort to further connect this to real estate, I will share with you my vision:

I want to create a plaza dedicated to empowering the youth and community whether it be through

· Nutritional Awareness
---- nutritional seminars and
---- an organic franchise from the east coast
· Educational Resources
---- multicultural library,
---- scholarships
---- a much needed computer lab
· or Intellectual and inspirational events which will bring cultural awareness, leading to the creation of new leaders in the community
----multipurpose building for meetings, workshops, conferences,
and educational performances).

Those of you who witnessed my creation of the "Empowermentation" event at Arizona State University, know what I'm talking about. For those who don't know about the event, feel free to contact me and I will gladly explain.

If you notice, there is a pattern of each one of my projects needing real estate in order to house it.

I am looking to raise money to start my momentum. I currently have attorneys, real estate agents, LLC companies, funding real estate companies, contractors and inspectors already lined up and ready to work with me.

I have laid out the resources I will need, as instructed by the investors, in order to have the best chance of success. These funds will go towards the following:

· Interactive Real Estate Software - allows to search, map, analyze and generate reports for virtually any property in the US.
· Attorney fees - to set up my L.L.C., D.B.A and publication fees to post in the local newspaper as required by Arizona law.
· One-time payment to have lifetime access to a funding company - company which funds a certain percentage of a sale depending on the type of real estate.
· Earnest Money- to be used for my first real estate transaction.
· Education - to learn specific strategies that can be implemented
(1) A three day course called "Boots on the Ground", where I will be working side-by-side, in a classroom setting as well as on the field, in my current area with a real estate expert. Learning Bird Dogging, Assignment of Contract & Double Close strategies.
(2) Attendance to "The Buying Summit" a three day real estate

(3) Tuition for residential and commercial real estate trainings.

With this acquired group of successful investors as my mentors, I have been guided towards these courses in order to be successful.

Personally, I have already invested an estimated $3,000 of my own money into this project and am looking for support to help make this vision a reality. I have created a rewards tier as a gift for your contribution to this project and cause. However, besides these immediate compensations, also consider the long term effects. This project can ultimately become the resources that your children and grandchildren may use. It can help our lower income families in our communities, the real estate can become spaces where educational movements, campaigns and businesses are born. The plaza might even expand to other cities and states! There is literally no limits to what this vision can create and I don't see why we should create a finish line.
