I AM GOING TO THAILAND!

Hey everyone! I am excited to announce that I was officially accepted on to a team headed to Thailand for a medical mission this summer!
I am over the moon about this opportunity, and absolutely thrilled that I get to join the team!
Thailand is a beautiful country that located South of China. The land is vibrant and green due to its tropical climate, and according to the World Economic Forum is actually the 13th friendliest country in the world! In my own past trips to Thailand I have been a witness to how amazing the people in Thailand are, and how incredible the culture is! It has been amazing to work with these people in the past, and I look forward to being able to do it again!
In Thailand my team will be primarily spending our time doing mission work in the area around Chiang Mai (Northern Thailand). Our days are going to consist of different projects: construction projects (building a church building), backpack medicine trips (this is where we will be packing our medical supplies in backpacks and hiking to remote farming areas to help deliver medical care to small communities), and dental clinics. We will be leaving for Thailand on June 19th, and returning July 7th for a total of 3 weeks in Thailand.
This has been absolutely a dream to be able to go with the team. I am so excited to finally see where my schooling as a nursing student is colliding with my love for Christ and for people! I couldn't be more happy :)
However, I am going to need a lot of help to make this trip happen! I unfortunately didn't hear about the trip until pretty late in the game so I am going to have to do a crazy amount of fundraising in a short amount of time. My airfair alone is going to cost around $500-$600 more than the rest of my team due to how late I joined the team, and our money is due by April 30th. That only gives me 1 month to raise over $3000 in order to go! All of our money that is raised will be used towards airfair, lodging, food, transportation, ministry supplies, construction supplies, and medical supplies. Any extra money I would raise would help to go towards other team mates make their financial goals as well!
This is a huge leap of faith for me, because this is A LOT of money to raise in such a short amount of time! But, I am truly hoping and praying for the best!
So I am inviting you to partner with me in this adventure, and I hope you join me :)
I would be beyond grateful for any donation, no matter how large or small! This may be my financial support page, but if you are unable to support financially I also would love to have support through pray, encouragement!
