Cruz’s Leukemia Treatment

*Campaign created by Rosie Benson (Cousin of Brian and Crystal Hamilton) to help Brian and Crystal with the expenses related to there son’s Cruz’s Leukemia treatment* Cruz is a five -year-old energetic and playful little boy who became ill with the flu (or at least that’s what we thought) and was sick for two months so mom (Crystal) became concerned and called the doctor who immediately ran blood work. The blood test results came back and to our disbelief showed low blood count and platelets they were so low the doctors were surprised poor little Cruz hadn’t gone into Cardiac Arrest. Cruz has been in the Hospital since November 29,2017 and will remain in the hospital until he is well enough to leave has has had four blood transfusion and a couple bone marrows. Cruz also has a infection in his blood and bad headaches so bad to the point they had to put him in ICU. After several test the doctors diagnosed Cruz with Leukemia, infection in his blood, and a bad sinus infection unfortunately since his blood count and platelets are so low he is having a hard time fighting these infections. We are hoping that on Monday December 4,2017 Cruz will be well enough to start Chemotherapy. With Brian and Crystal at the hospital with Cruz they are not able to work and the bills are piling up. They also have a 6 year old Daughter Rose who misses mommy, daddy and her little brother. We are asking for your help any donation will help this family at this time.
