Keep My Baby Bee with Me

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I am the father of a four year old, medically complex child named Phoebe. She requires IV nutrition for sustenance and growth. She doesn't eat any food by mouth and she goes to the bathroom in a bag attached to her side. She requires a tube inserted into her bladder to help her pee and another one into her stomach to help vent excessive fluids and air build up. Recently, the engine in our vehichle blew up and we are in need of funds to fix it or replace it. My daughter Phoebe spends most of her time in and out of the hospital in Sacramento California where she receives, as optimal of care as can be found in the state. We reside in Santa Cruz California, meaning that we have to drive to Sacramento to visit and care for Phoebe when she is in hospital and regularly for her doctors appointments. This is a major priority in our lives as she has manmade apparatus attached to her to keep her alive and requires constant care by professionals 24/7. Currently with the constant hospitalizations and consistent traveling our lives have been hard on our vehicle and now we are without a vehicle to get to appointments and back home. I am a full-time student and work full-time as well. All to make sure that I can provide for my daughter now and in her future. We cannot afford to be without a vehicle as it helps me get to work and us to her appointments. My little girl is a bright and vibrant soul who has lived past anyone's expectations and is continuing to improve, grow and thrive, but I fear that may change if we do not get help to fix our only transportation to her doctors, and care team. I have tried every thing I can to make sure Phoebe is getting proper care but I am out of options, time and resources and need help to continue providing her optimal care. This has been a very trying and traumatic experience for all involved and I am in fear of losing my only daughter. If anyone is willing to help, even a little bit in our time of need, we would be greatly indebted to you for the generosity and help you provide us.
