Financial Recovery for Kidd Family

This is incredibly difficult for me to write. My family has struggled financially for as long as I can remember. Our only income has been from Social Security/Disability benefits for years. Once I turned 18, my portion of that was stopped and we lost about a fourth of our monthly income. We're currently behind almost $2000 in rent and most of our utilities are close to being shut off.
My mother suffers from Bipolar Disorder II along with other likely mental illnesses. My whole life, this has caused her to make terrible decisions in regards to trying to fix our finances-things like taking out secret loans, cash advances, or borrowing from my savings. I've forgiven her every single time because I know that she was only doing what she thought would help. Suffering from Anxiety and Depression myself, I also know what it's like to be completely irrational and make poor decisions due to a mental disorder. She has attempted to receive help in the past, but with no success.
As some may know, my mother is in jail for the worst disordered decision she has ever made. She robbed a bank of $910 with no weapon or any attempt to hide her identity. Every cent of that went to our landlord for a rent payment. There wasn't a selfish or mailcious fiber in her body. She was terrified, desperate, and at a complete loss of what else to do. My mother's never committed a crime before in her life. She has given so much of her time, energy, and self to multiple facets of our church and my high school marching band- all while asking for nothing in return. She was just doing what a mother does and trying to keep a roof over our heads. She needs the compassion, understanding, love, and support that she has so freely given to everyone she knows. My father and I have been utterly devastated. Please help us so that we don't lose our home.
