Please help support The Willmon Family during this most desperate time of need! On top of Chris' TBI, Shannon is now struggling with a possible epilepsy diagnosis and can not drive (OR WORK) until she is SIX MONTHS SEIZURE-FREE.

The Willmon Family Story:
"On March 14, 2013 our world changed forever! My beloved husband and soul-mate was at work when the unthinkable happened . . . my Chris experienced a horrific job accident resulting in severe multiple injuries! After miraculously surviving the accident, Chris was left unconscious with broken vertebrae, fractured ribs, and "“ most critically "“ a brain injury diagnosis of "Diffuse Axonal Injury". As luck would have it, this type of brain injury is considered one of the most devastating of Traumatic Brain Injury's (TBI) with a low recovery rate. Within 12-hours of the accident, Chris was in surgery to successfully repair the damage to his spine and vertebrae however as we approached day 3 following the accident, Chris was still comatose! The next day we were told to begin the process of deciding when to pull life-support as Chris would likely never regain consciousness. The Family decided to seek a second opinion.
Now let's fast forward 7-months, which have included countless hours of laborious physical therapy and associated treatment sessions. Chris, our son Liam, and I have relocated to Conroe, TX. This relocation was needed to provide Chris with the best TBI treatment opportunity within the State. Chris has worked so very hard with his various therapies and has already exceeded Doctors' expectations::.. Praise be to God!
The relocation has been a blessing to Chris' continuous recovery however the 3+ hour move away from family and friends has created its' own set of challenges, hurdles, and stress. The latest challenge has again hit our Family quite hard! I was recently hospitalized for over a week and the Doctors' fear some form of epilepsy with more test results to come. I am currently out of the hospital and again able to take care of Liam and visit Chris however Doctors' orders do not allow me to drive until I have been what they call "seizure free" for 6-months. Since relocating to Conroe I had been able to commute back home periodically to take care of my more valued hair-clients thus the ability to earn some sort of my former income however that is not possible now! Since the accident Chris' income has been impacted and now we have completely lost my ability to earn an income taking care of my hair clients."

If you feel led, please share out of the abundance of your blessings and BLESS THE WILLMON FAMILY today!
