Support For Pennington Family

Hello my name is Tatiana and I am starting this gofundme to help support my sister Veronica, brother in law Matt, and nephew Logan. The week of Thanksgiving Matthew was admitted to a nearby hospital with a severe case of pneumonia, overtime his symptoms worsened and he was transitioned to a hospital further away to be sedated and placed on a respirator. He's undergoing ongoing testing as doctors have been unable to pinpoint the kind of pneumonia that’s attacking his lungs. They suspect it's a rare strain of pneumonia known as Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia (COP), but a final diagnosis has not yet been made. Matt is on a high levels of steroid treatment, in addition to other medicines. He is still sedated and continues on the respirator while we wait to see improvement. Matt will be hospitalized and out of work for weeks (or months even) following his recovery. Without his income the financial load is now on Veronica to support herself, Matthew, and Logan through this rough time. Any donations received would assist in relieving some of the financial stress so Veronica can remain focused and emotionally available for Matthew and their son Logan.
