Fund To Replace Stolen DJ Equipment

Sunday, November 19th couldn't have been a more perfect day with my family and a day I took a step forward in purchasing my first brand new car! We got home late that night and I planned to move my leased car onto the street from our carport. I walked up to my car and hit the unlock button and to my surprise the car wasn't locked! I'm originally from the Eastside of Long Beach, CA and street knowledge will tell you when you encounter this situation to look into your car and not to touch anything! I recognize things we're all over the place inside the car, no broken window, and things were on the driver's floor. So not even a second later in my tired state of mind and body I hit the trunk button and opened to see that all my equipment was gone. THIS HAPPENED WHERE I LIVE... I walked back in the house to tell my wife, who got emotional knowing today was such a blessed day for our family and mutually the effect financially it will take on our home. Since the past 2 years I've consistently doing children's events, weddings, receptions, social events, and most recently a bi-weekly gig to provide the needed extra finance for our home. Now that mostly everything is gone I have to start over with little to no funds. And to add, some of it wasn't mine. And even more, people are asking of my services for the holidays and New Year's! It's frustrating you all... I'm sadden that someone would break into my car. To make matters even worse, the apartment complex tells is when we contacted them right after it happened, that the security cameras haven't been working for weeks now! I filed a report with an officier the same night and Forensics came out the next morning to find no fingerprints. So the chances of my things being recovered, are none. I sacrificed time away from family on weekends and spent my 9 to 5 pay to purchase each piece of equipment on my own. So that my family of myself, my wife, and my two boys could have a cushion just in case of anything. Sure I want to be angry but my heart is still in shock and it's not my character at all to show that emotion. I'm releasing good vibes to be returned in full. Music is life to me. I've been doing music for over 20 years; from my garage, to college, to the music industry. I look to continue to bring my "Zest" to everyone who loves good music and a great time. I ask for your help with funding to purchase used or new equipment, it doesn't matter. I'm not picky, I only want to provide for my family.
