<div>Thanks to the help of so many donors, my dad was able to get the biopsy that was required last year to determine if he had cancer or not. The result was NEGATIVE and we Thank God and y'all!

</div>

<div>The condition and message from the doctor a year ago was to do a very specific treatment for the swollen prostate and that in one year, he had to get the prostate surgery done to avoid an obstruction.

</div>

<div>Here we are. My dad is in the queue for a surgery spot in sometime next week and, thanks to my sister's insurance policy, he has been approved $5000 of the $7000 we are asked from the clinic. Going with public care would mean months of wait and possible need of spending money on all medical supplies.

<div>This is why I come back here to ask if you can please share and if you want and can, donate to my dad's surgery fund. We need $2000 to cover the rest of the expenses. I will be putting my share towards food, transportation and medicines that may be needed after the surgery is done.

<div>Hola a todos! Primero que nada, una pequeña actualización sobre mi papá:

<div>Gracias a la ayuda de tantos donantes, mi papá se pudo hacer la biopsia que le habían pedido para determinar si tenía Cancer o no. El resultado fue <strong>NEGATIVO</strong> y estamos muy agradecidos con Dios y con todos ustedes. La condición del Doctor fue que tenía que hacer un tratamiento muy específico para bajar la inflamación de la próstata y que en un año tenía que hacerse la operación <strong>sin falta</strong> para evitar un proceso de obstrucción de la próstata.

<div>Ha pasado un año y mi papá está en la lista para hacerse la operación dentro de una semana. Gracias a la póliza de salud de mi hermana, el seguro aprobó una carta aval por USD $5000 de los $7000 que pide la clínica. Hacer esta cirugía en un hospital público, implicaría meses de espera y una larga y costosa lista de insumos médicos que requiere el hospital.

<div>Esta es la razón por la que regreso a pedirles si por favor pueden donar al fondo para la cirugía de mi papá. Necesitamos USD $2000 para cubrir el resto de la operación. Yo me estaré encargando de los gastos referentes a la comida, transporte y medicinas que se necesiten después de la cirugía.
