Hi, my name is Brittney, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for support for an incredible man—my father.

For the past 42 years, my dad dedicated his life to one company. At 61 years old, he was just a few steps away from retirement. He is a man of loyalty, hard work, and integrity. Unfortunately, after the company was sold to new ownership, everything changed.

Over the past two years, my father has endured constant mistreatment and harassment from a new, much younger supervisor—someone whose ego was clearly threatened by my father’s experience and expertise. Despite all my father has given to this company, he was recently terminated without cause. It’s heartbreaking.

Anyone who knows my dad knows the kind of man he is—kind, generous, faithful, and deeply devoted to his family. He has always been a provider, not just financially, but emotionally and spiritually. My mother is disabled after undergoing four major back surgeries, and my parents have relied solely on my father’s job—not only for income but also for the medical benefits that help support her daily needs.

They’re now facing the unthinkable—loss of income, medical coverage, and potentially even the home that’s been in our family for generations. This is the house my sister and I were born and raised in. It breaks my heart to see my father—usually so strong—filled with worry and sadness. In my 36 years, I’ve only seen my father cry three times. This is one of them.

He is pursuing legal action for wrongful termination, and we’re hoping to raise funds to help cover the legal fees, daily living expenses, and essential bills until they can get back on their feet. My dad would never ask for help himself—he’s far too humble and proud—but I know he would be deeply grateful for any support during this incredibly difficult time.
