Medical bills for neck surgery

As many of you know, Barb and I have had a bad time of it lately with all her health issues and now mine. We could use some help due to my being off work while recovering from vertebrae fusion surgery for the pinched nerve in my neck. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated.
