Help Kira Get a Van For Her Wheelchair

Hello, My name is Michelle from Keene, NH. I am a single mother of a 6year old daughter, Kira, with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2. She was diagnosed at the age of 16mos after she was already standing and walking and had hit every milestone on time or even a little early. 
She has been in a wheelchair since she was 2 1/2 and will be for the rest of her life, given the chances of medical breakthroughs  or a miracle.
Kira is patiently waiting for her power wheelchair to be finished. Currently,  I have to put her manual chair in and out of my SUV which is taxing on the chair, the vehicle and my back. Once she has he power chair I will no longer be able to even do this. 
Financially, this is a very challenging goal. We do not have the family to help and the state and  Medicaid only covers a few things,  like her wheelchair. We can apply for grants to get a van adapted for a wheelchair but we have to first get a van! Hence, I am reaching out to all of the good hearted people still left in this world to say PLEASE DONATE, WE NEED YOUR HELP!! And THANK YOU:)
