Family, Friends, and Compassionate Strangers,

We need your help!


Our mom, Pam Halverson, has always been the most loving and honest, encouraging, accepting, hard-working and warm-hearted person you'll ever know.
This amazing mother of four (with 2 young grandsons) has just been diagnosed with an aggressive form of lung cancer...Stage 3 neuroendocrine carcinoma, small cell type...and just lost the really great job she worked so hard to get, due to her hospitalization and diagnosis. Currently, she's so weak she can barely walk, and its affected her eyesight so she can't read either..(which, if you know mom, is a really big deal!)

Despite all this, she is very optimistic, facing each new obstacle so bravely, with that big bright smile we all love so much and a positive attitude....she mostly worries about how this is affecting the people who love her.

Saying I admire her courage is an understatement!


She's always taking care of everyone else.....
Now its time to take care of her!


The lack of insurance is our biggest obstacle, the bills are already piling up....and my savings account won't carry us for much longer...
