Marion Coulter Help a paramedic

This is my brother. He has been a paramedic for 22 years. He worked at  Brooke county EMS, and New Cumberland ambulance service. He got sick several months ago and has not been able to work. It all started with pneumonia and now he is losing his hearing, losing weight, is having trouble with his breathing and has to have a biopsy of his lungs Because there are swollen node’s. He can no longer work due to not being able to breathe, not being able to hear and is dizzy. He has been the soul provider for his family. He has 4 children and 2 grand kids! After serving the community for so many years he no needs our help!!! Please give what you can! Thank you so much!
