My Uncle’s Brain Tumor Surgery

My name is Nataly Tovar and this is my first fundraiser. I’ve collaborated with many fundraisers in the past but I never had a cause “good enough” to start one of my own and truthfully, I never thought I was going to need to ask for money like this before, I consider myself very blessed in many ways but, a few days ago I’ve found out that my uncle has a five centimeters brain tumor that must be operated as soon as posible and even though their insurance will cover most of the medical bills, they won’t be paying for a list of personal expenses they will have to manage on their own. Ginette, my aunt (and god-mother) is my uncle’s wife. She is the most amazing human being on earth, she is not only my second mother but that special person that has been there always and forever, anytime and anywhere, she is not only one of my best friends but also my “19 years older twin” and my soulmate. Today I can only imagine how difficult must be for her to be in charge of her household, being a mother of two boys (18 and 8 y/o), a loving wife and an entrepreneur. My uncle Oscar, my aunt Ginette and their two boys live in Panama and after meeting with the best neurosurgeon over there, they were highly recommended to perform the operation outside the country. They have been investigating where and when is best to do his surgery and most likely it will be taking place in the US. Therefore, they will need spare money to pay for airplane tickets, hotels, transportation, accommodations, food, etc. and of course they cannot just leave everything behind, the boys, their school, their house in Panama, and all kinds of bills. I will really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart any help you can give me on their behalf via this fundraiser. I will forever be thankful for it.
