*Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me* This is a virtual challenge, Lands End to John O'groats, which is 1083.8 miles, I'm gonna be mostly using a static bike to achieve this, but also walking as well. The goal I've set myself is 140 days (but I can change this) it may end up being longer or shorter depending on how I go I'm gonna be raising money for Alzhimers research. As probably alot of you know my dad was diagnosed nearly 6 years ago now with early onset alzheimer's at 50 years old. So I thought it would be a great motivator to get fit and raise some some money for a charity close to my heart. More information about Alzheimer's Research UK: Alzheimer's Research UK is the UK's leading dementia research charity. As research experts, we fund world-class pioneering scientists to find preventions, treatments and a cure for dementia.
