Dominick Jackson, age 23, a loving son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, and friend, passed away suddenly Monday, November 6th, 2017.
Earlier this year in May, Dominick graduated from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's degree and has been working as a Patient Care Representative. He grew up playing trumpet in school band and loved performing in the Marching Illini and even after graduation with his friends in the Sixth Street Brass jazz band. Dominick loved to spend his time with friends and family, always had a smile on his face, loved to laugh and make people laugh, and he will be missed dearly. We humbly ask for any assistance you can provide to help with funeral and burial expenses. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated. Please help this grieving family in time of need. Ease their financial burden and pay tribute to Dominick.
