The only thing affected me over the past 25 years, was the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.
Weighing 235lbs on a 6ft frame neither gave me any assurance that I was healthy or strong. Then one day it all came crashing, with the pain(neuropathy) and being unable to walk,the depression(of not being able to take care of my family), the agony(after my eldest daughter died). The cataract surgeries in 2007; the stroke in 2009; diagnosed with thymoma in 2012; CIDP(Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy)in 2016.
I am down to 130lbs but cannot loose faith to stay alive and will recover by God's grace. My reason for raising funds, is to obtain an " adult stem cell transplant", along with other therapies.
