CANCER IS A PAIN IN THE Azz

Hi All, here is an update on Mark Kumpf: It has been 5 long years that Mark has been fighting his courageous battle with Colon Cancer and we are back with a plea for Financial aid to help Mark continue his fight. He has been a Rock Star during this horrendous ordeal, with never a complaint!!...his tumor was 95% removed w/ a 16 hours surgery, in June 2018, with Chemotherapy following. Dr. Paty has stopped Mark’s chemotherapy at this time due to further complications. We have made many trips back to NYC Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital and each trip has been at a great financial burden to the family. Mark’s most recent trip was in April 2022 for an emergency surgery, he was hospitalized for 5 days, with the expense of Uber, food, gas, tolls, and extreme hotel costs...each trip is upwards of several thousand dollars. Now Mark has to return to NYC on Monday for his BIGGEST Battle yet!!!,  We have been told this could be a very extentensive stay??

First and foremost we are asking for all the prayers we can get, that the Dr’s can find a treatment to help him! Thank you to our family & friends for their continued support and love!!!  Any assistance and or prayers are greatly appreciated...God Bless you all!!

(I am setting this Go Fund Me acct for my husband. His name is Mark Kumpf, he was diagnosed w/Colon Cancer Jan 2017. It has been a uphill battle after another. He went into Hershey Medical Center in Sept to have the tumor removed. The Drs had started the surgery after about 45 mins later they had ran into a complications so they had to close him up. That was a 10 day hospital stay. Now he is receiving intense Chemotherapy for 3 months with all the side affects. The next surgery to remove the tumor now is tentatively scheduled for Jan 2018. Yesterday he was thrown another wrench in his fight. He received a letter from his insurance saying he will lose his Medical Benefits within the next month. We are looking for any way to help cover this loss. It is hard enough to fight this battle the added stress makes it even harder. Mark has fought an awesome battle do far, but now he needs more help than ever! Thank you for taking the time to read Mark's story. Any Help & Prayers would be greatly appreciated!)
