Nicholas Suarez’ Road To Recovery

Our 14 year old son Nicholas Suarez was struck by a vehicle driven by a drunk driver (DUI).  I'm a New York City Police Officer (Marvin Suarez) and Mother a Registered Nurse (Emily Rivera) and our son has suffered numerous traumatic and serious injuries througout his whole body and has undergone emergency surgeries since then.  He is heavily sedated and in critical condition.  His loving mother, who is a Nurse, and I are totally devastated.  We spend every minute at his bedside with loving support from our families, friends, as well as fellow Police Officers, hospital staff and employees.  We have taken time off from work to be with him and are praying for his recovery at the hospital.  His doctors and nurses are angels and miracle-workers who are always at his bedside.  We are hoping that Nicholas can overcome this, regardless of how long and difficult the road ahead will be for him and us.  We ask for help from family, friends and other caring people to help in the days ahead in supporting our family through this ordeal.  We greatly appreciate any and all donations.  We thank you and please keep Nicholas Suarez in your thoughts and prayers as it is most appreciated and comforting.  We will do our best to provide updates on this as often as we can.
