Saving my family

I'm trying to help my family, and our 5 year old boy. We were having a hard time finding a job back home and we met a man who promised a job for my husband, in addition to helping us get an apartment and a car so we moved to Roseville from Los Angeles. This man helped us rent an apartment near his store and had my husband working for him 72 hours per week without paying him at all. This has been going on for many months now. Now that we are complaining to him about what he is doing to us he decided to fire my husband. We are now about to lose our home and become homeless in 2 weeks. My husband is applying for jobs all over town. We have no car and we are not within walking distance to any school for our son or a grocery store. We need to find a cheaper apartment near an elementary school and shopping center otherwise we don't even know how to get our son to school in the fall. In addition to all of this, our son is sick with mono and an ear infection. We have been taking him to the emergency room constantly to get help for him. We appreciate any help we can get until we can get back on our feet.
