My 4 month old puppy developed cherry eye over

ago it's getting worse and worse, I tried so hard to save money$$ but I'm just not there yet, I understand that it's been so very hard for everyone especially in 2020! , but please every dollar count's and my puppy and I will be so very grateful!!! I heard of humane society that will give me the surgery at a low cost so now I need $900 more to complete the surgery on a low-cost surgery .
