Beau's Shadow

Beau was diagnosed with type 3 Sturge-Weber Syndrome. Sturge-Weber Syndrome is a congenital, non-familial disorder of unknown incidence and cause. It is characterized by a congenital facial birthmark and neurological abnormalities. Other symptoms associated with Sturge-Weber can include eye, endocrine and organ irregularities, as well as developmental disabilities. Each case of Sturge-Weber Syndrome is unique and exhibits the characterizing findings to varying degrees. From http://www.sturge-weber.org/. Beau has had numerous break through seizures since August 16th. He has stopped breathing with half of them. Nothing will scare you more than seeing your baby turn blue! Because of this we are looking for a seizure service dog to help assist with daily tasks and help keep an extra eye on Beau. We need help raising money to get Beau his Shadow! Thank you!!!!! xo
