Welcome to our site. We are in no way expecting monetary support but many have asked for an easy way to support us financially. We are thankful for all types of support.
We are using Caring Bridge to keep family and friends updated in one place while we focus on Jackson's needs and recovery.  Our boy will require open heart surgery within his first week of being born. His heart defects are a symptom of a genetic syndrome called 22Q11.2 Deletion Syndrome (sometime referred to as VCFS or DiGeorge syndrome). 22Q11.2 Deletion will most likely cause other medical complexities for him to face. Other symptoms of the syndrome could take hours, weeks, or even years for us to find out about so we will be taking it one day at a time. For more information about 22Q, go to www.22qfamilyfoundation.org or www.22q.org We appreciate your prayers, support and words of hope and encouragement as we meet these first challenges head on and in the future.
