Help REGGIE - Amputation Needed

My name is Reggie. I am a 9 month old Chowowa x Brussels Griffon. Tonight my brother and I were playing and I was knocked off the back of the couch onto the hardwood floor. My bones were to little and it broke the bone above my elbow and split them apart. The Ortho Surgeon at the London Emergency Clinic said my surgery would be very complicated and only has a 50% chance of working. Then an amputation would be the next step. 2nd option was straight to an amputation and this has a greater chance of recovery. My mom has paid out $539 Tonight. Tomorrow she has to get estimates from our vet at Staples Animal Hospital in London.
She has put her wedding rings up for sale to help pay for all the work I'm going to need. We are hoping to raise $3000. If my immediate surgery does not cost that much, I will have after care costs and any surplus will go towards my recovery or donated to another animal in need. My dad had to go off work a year ago on medical leave and is not currently able to work. I caMy mom is trying to pay for all our everyday expenses plus my accident too. This accident had terrible timing but I am told I am a very s into this home as an unofficial Therapy Dog for PTSD  and this is devastating to my dad I have become a special part of the family and they love me very much and will look after me. They are trying to do everything they can but I feel so bad as this is a huge strain on them at this time. They would be very embarrassed knowing I put a GoFund me page up for my care, but I want to help them out. They never ask for anything and often give to others when they themselves need the help just as much. Mom and Dad believe by doing good to others...good will come to them.
