Farmtruk Needs A Little Help

I have some bad news. FarmTruk, owned by Samantha Mitchell, is grounded until further notice. On October 21st between 2am and 9am our generator that powers the truck was stolen out of the inside of the truck at the corner of Roger and Utah in the Tower Grove South neighborhood. They also took some smaller items like coolers ect. This generator was purchased new at the end of this summer. Samantha filed a police report and is working with her insurance company to see how devastating this loss is going to be. We had a full weekend and coming week of events that we have to cancel. We are a proud and happy member of this amazing Tower Grove and St. Louis community and are so excited to connect with and bring local, farm-fresh food to everyone in this city. As you may or may not know, as Winter approaches, also approaches the most difficult time for dedicated food truck freaks. With the warm weather goes most of our clientele and income. This is such a poorly-timed theft (is there ever a well-timed one?). We are looking to recover some losses in the purchase of a new generator, lost income for the Farmtruk family, and missed opportunities in spreading the love to all the amazing people we were going to see in the next weeks.
