Help 92 Yr Old World War II Veteran

Our family is reaching out to help our greatest uncle who served in World World II on the USS Killen from 1944-1946 in the Pacific. His rank was Seaman First Class. On the ship he was a gun director pointer in charge of fire control for the 40mm antiaircraft guns. His ship survived a kamikaze attack. They lost 17 crew members when the bomb struck the ship. He was 17 when he enlisted and after the war worked and retired as a chemical engineer for Good Year. After losing his wife in 2010 he has been living alone, on a very limited income, in the home he's lived in for over 50 years. Due his age and lack of funds he in need of help repairing damage to the roof and interior water damage to the ceilings. The estimated cost to make the proper repairs is between $8-10,000. We are desperately trying to make repairs before winter arrives. Please help preserve the beautiful memories this house holds for our Uncle while he is still able to be living there. We thank you for helping us honor the sacrifices he's made for our country by donating anything you can.
