Breast Cancer

My mother has faced many obstacles in her life. She helped me fight my fear of ever leaving the house again and trusting in people again after I was carjacked and shot in the face. It was my mother who held me and told me it was ok and to trust in Jesus. It was my Mother who brought me out of that very difficult time. A few years later my brother was in a fatal car accident. My brother was only 24 years old. Most of us could never fathom going through these things. By the grace of God my mom pulled it together for everyone. My mother is a very strong, caring, loving, respectful, never said a cuss word, Jesus loving, creative, great sport, funny, courageous, go getter, handy woman,Grandmother, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, best friend etc. The list goes on for miles! My mother has now been diagnosed with breast cancer. My mother’s double mastectomy is scheduled for Friday October 13th. I had no idea until last night that She must have all of her hospital portion of her surgery paid up front before the surgery. The total cost of the surgery is $17,000.00. Insurance pays 60%. The rest is left up to her. My mother works two jobs and will be out of work for twelve weeks following her surgery. Any of your donations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
