Help Jamal Pay his medical bill

I'm a Canadian citizen that enjoy the health care benefits we have but I have a friend that we growup together and he lives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the late 1970's his name is Jamal.
Jamal wife Mariam is diabetic and she got an infection in her toe that led to amputation of her leg.
Jamal has a minimum health coverage mandatory by the government that does not cover most of the medical bills but required to renew your residence permit.
Now Jamal is facing losing his residence permit and get deported if he doesn't pay the hospital the medical bill of $10,000 USD.
I’m counting on your human nature to help as much as you could as you could as the result of Jamal losing his residence he will be deported back to Yamen his home country which now under unbearable civil war.
No amount is small and every dollar you will pay will help enlighten the situation and make Jamal and his family feel peace.
The photo attached to the fund raising is the bill from the hospital in Arabic language which stated that he paid $6000 SR (Saudi Riyal which he borrowed) and unless he paid the rest of the amount they will contact the ministry of immigration and take further actions to suspend his residence and freeze his bank account.
For ease of understand the currency exchange the $1 USD = 3.75 SR.
