Memorial Service For Our Shauna

Our Shauna unexpectedly passed away from a struggle with chronic illness this past Wednesday. Because of the sudden nature of her passing, there were no plans in place for services. We are humbly asking for your help in giving Shauna a loving memorial service to celebrate her life, offer our respects, & remember the joy she brought to her family & friends. We would like to have photographs printed for her 16-year-old daughter, Makenna, to keep so she can always remember the best times with her mom. Her wish was to have her ashes spread across the place she felt the happiest - Gatlinburg, TN. Shauna Lee Collins (Spangler) passed away at the age of 44 at Atrium Medical Center on September 27, 2017. She leaves behind her loving parents Sandi & Philip Spangler, daughter Makenna Collins, fiancé Nick Gallant & his parents & sister, her own sister Sheli Fugate & her husband Mark, nieces Calli, Sofey, & Olivia Fugate, as well as numerous other doting family members & friends. Preceding her in passing were her infant son Philip Collins & grandmothers Jewell Frazier & Opal Riley. In the event we surpass our goal, all the rest will go directly toward Makenna's education. Shauna had a kind heart & left an everlasting impression. She spent her career taking care of others as a nurse. Her very favorite things included The Peanuts, Halloween & costumes, Christmas, animals, the Bengals, & most of all spending time with her fiancé & daughter. Her love was big & whole - over the top in the best way. She never took for granted the little joys her life brought her way. If you are unable to donate here, please consider donating your time at an animal shelter in her memory. PAWS in Monroe, OH is a wonderful place she cared for a great deal. We will miss Shauna tremendously.
