Send Jay to School in Mississippi!

Jay Burgos was sent to live with his aunt in Birmingham, AL after surviving the horrible impact on the island of Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria & Hurricane Irma.

Jay started at Mountain Brook High School in October of 2017. Jay graduated with our class just a few days ago on May, 24th. He was accepted into East Mississippi Community College where he is due to start in the Fall of 2018. Jay’s family was hit hard by the hurricane and currently do not have enough money to allow him to go to college.

Jay has become a great friend to many and we all want the best for him! Jay wants to further his education and major in animal science and eventually become a vet technician.

Anyone who has ever met Jay will tell you that he is an outgoing and loving individual.

Jay returns home today, in hopes of being able to come back to Alabama and go to school with a few of his friends in Mississippi!

It would mean so much to us if any of you would be willing to help Jay get to his goal!

Thank you so, so much!
