Georgia's Family Recovery Fund

Hi All. I'm Teresa, Georgias Mum and I'm currently taking LWOP to support Georgia through her battle with pancreatitis after it shut down unexpectedly and started causing havoc on her body. Georgia has been in hospital since Monday 18/09 getting admitted to her local Hospital in Rocky with what appeared to gall stones in the gall bladder. Georgia was then flown out from Rockhampton to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and flown there on Thursday 21/09. Once Georgia Arrived it was unexpected but her pancreatitis shut down and she went into organ failure with this Georgia experienced a number of different things ie pain in pancreatic region, shortness of breath leaving her with heated humidified oxygen using a specialist machine to force oxygen into lungs, an uncontrollable bladder needing a catheter as Georgia was now bed ridden. I arrived here on the Saturday night and got straight of the plane and caught a taxi straight to the hospital where there it was I saw my 23 year old daughter laying in her bed with about 15 people around her and ranging from nursing unit managers to surgeons to icu doctors the whole works little did I know I just walked in on a merts call ( this was explained to me as a emergency in the hospital when a patient is not within normal parameters) little did I know we were about to have 6 of these within the next 48hrs. Georgia is still suffering from pancreatitis and it's still in shut down mode. No one can tell us when Georgia will be feeling better as no one knows. Georgia hasn't seen her kids since 21/09 and as you might or might not know Georgia gave birth to her & Jeremy's 2nd child Baby Bear on 03/08, using all there savings for Jeremy to spend time at home with the family during the birth and with Jeremy now at home caring for the children and unable to go to work and on casual employment so has no sick leave entitlements They will need your help so they don't fall behind in bills, rent, gas, phones etc. So If you can me a donation please know it would make a difference.
