Help Me Stay Alive And Healthy

Creating a Go Fund Me page wasn't something I EVER thought I would do. Several people have asked me if I have one, so here I am. I am an insulin dependant diabetic, taking two types of insulin daily. I also take several pills daily, but that is not a problem at this time. I lost my job in April. Along with that went my health insurance. I managed to get by with the little bit of unemployment I got but that ended in July. Because I am without insurance, I have to pay out of pocket for my insulin. Each type costs over $600 per month. I have been approved for social security disability which will start in November. Even then, my entire monthly check will not cover the cost of the life sustaining medication I need. I have to be disabled for two years before I can apply for Medicare. Medicaid will eventually help me, provided I spend $839 monthly out of pocket. With the help of my daughter I am in the process of getting a different Healthcare plan, but this all takes time. A friend, who is an angel on earth, posted on Facebook about my problem and with the help of a few wonderful people, did manage to get me the money I needed to get a two week's supply today. What I'm asking for is a little help from those who may be able. Just to get me through a couple of months until this insurance thing is resolved. As I said, I did not want to do this. Someone said today, "The Lord will provide" and I believe that with my whole heart. Through the help of His earthly angels, I will get over this hurdle.
