Prevent animal cruelty in Bali

We are a new nonprofit fundraiser, located in Bali, called Holly's Queue (now also on Facebook).
In our travels throughout southeastern Asia, we've learned that most dogs are "street dogs", quite a different reality than what we are used to in the Western world.
These dogs live and they survive, but lack of funds and communal support in Bali means that these dogs are having puppies that are discarded, abandoned to die, poisoned*, or otherwise malnourished, mistreated, and starving. Left alone, it seems like an insurmountable problem.
Neutering is the humane solution.
We are working with a vet clinic that is offering a 50% discount for the sterilization of every street dog we bring in. Neutering the growing, surviving pups is a big step towards reducing the population of street dogs and animal cruelty.
Our goal to start is to bring in 20 dogs for neutering. Our team in Bali will pick up a dog one by one and release each one after surgery to the place of origin. EACH DONOR WILL RECEIVE A PHOTO OF THE DOG HE or SHE HAS NEUTERED.
These dogs CAN survive, but the growth rate and the cruelty have to stop.
Personally we've rescued a number of street dogs...living happily now after the little bit of love and care they were given.
Neutering is a terrific solution, and raising funds is the only way in a country where funds are limited.
$50USD will neuter a dog, and with each neutering we will pay for the rabies vaccination.
