Help James

This is James. You might have seen him. He stands out in front of the Home Depot On W. Shaw here in Fresno CA. 7 days a week trying to pick up work. Jack first got to know him by simply talking to him about God and everyday talk listening to his story etc. , then Jack started taking him on jobs so that James could pay his motel bill. I have struggled with the right words to tell James’s story lately because I have never thrown something like this on social media ,but here goes... his wife died suddenly a few years back due to a brain aneurysm leaving him with 2 young children. They soon lost their house and have been homeless other than being able to stay in a roach infested motel where he has to pay by the day or week, if had a good one in front of Home Depot. When James’s daughter, now 17, got pregnant James was devastated, but he has to keep moving forward and she is due any day. His son is a Sophomore at Bullard High School and takes the city bus daily from the motel to get to school. Friday , James and Jack set out for work and got back early so James headed back to Home Depot to go to work with anyone who would hire him. He earned another $60 that day. James shoved what he had earned that day into his pocket, in all the rush that day, he lost all what he had made in the parking lot. He checked with everyone and no one turned it in. It was going to go toward his week at the motel. James is in great need today to be able to pay the motel and his daughter is in great need for diapers and baby clothing.
