Rick and Joyce have worked for my Real Estate Brokerage for 15 years and not only are my co workers but my friends. They have fallen on some bad luck over the last few years. Rick has had to have brain surgery and has a permanent shunt in his brain to release the pressure.   He also has congestive heart failure and a serious back condtion because of his health issues they have been unable to do business. They lost their home and prior to that they were living without PG&E.   They are currently staying in a hotel and tonight is the last night they can pay for it at $75.00 per night. They found a Senior apartment that they can move into but they have to pay $2500.00 to move in and they have to pay PG&E to get service back. Once they have an address Joyce will be able to get paid for taking care of Rick by a government program called In Home Supportive Services ,which will be enough to maintain their rent and bills. Please if you can do any amount to help them it will be very much appreciated.
