MEXICO EARTHQUAKE RECOVERY DONATIONS

Hi I’m Valentina Larios. I am a high school student in North Carolina and we want help people who were affected by the September 19th earthquake that hit Mexico. Poor communities outside Mexico city were hit very hard and help is arriving very slowly. I will ensure that all the funds go directly to the people affected through local transparent citizen networks such as http://mexicofuerte.org/. Together we can buy construction materials and household items. Thanks for your donations.

The funds will be spent in three ways:
a) To help the Family of Adrian Sanchez rebuild his house

b) To provide beding at a shelter in Xochimilco

c)To provide food for families in Morelos that lost their jobs due to earthquake damage to thier workplace

My dad Jose Larios will help with the bank transaction ,so I set him up as the beneficiary .We will provide the funds by directly purchasing the materials in Mexico. All funds spent will have the corresponding invoices and pictures of the purchased goods. I will provide those updates and pictures through this site.
