In memory of Stephanie's devotion to her sons, baseball, and to the league, her friends are requesting donations to construct "Stephanie's Pavilion" at the ULL fields. This is a wonderful tribute to our friend and we hope many of you will feel the same. This new structure will provide baseball players and their families a place of refuge from the sun for many seasons to come. I think Stephanie would be thrilled to know that something so practical and long-lasting is to be built in recognition of her spirit and enthusiasm "“ both of which just came naturally to her.
With blessings from Stephanie's family, we are requesting your help in this venture. Our goal is approximately $20,000. If you care to contribute, please send your check payable to University Little League to Tom Hill's office at 1300 South University Drive, Suite 602 Fort Worth, TX 76107-5737 or use the GoFundMe link on the Facebook page. The donation will be tax-deductible. We will be placing a plaque on the pavilion recognizing the donors who made this possible.
Stephanie will always be in our hearts and minds, and now generations of families can sit under a canopy built with our love and respect for her. And, I think all of us can agree Stephanie would have done a much better job of coordinating this, but let's make this happen!!!
