Car Crash Into Bdrm Fam Displaced
A car crashed into the house at 5am on Wednesday September 20, 2017, an unexpected wake up call for the residents. My family has been displaced and both parents went to the hospital. There have been countless members of the community that have expressed concern and offered to help. However, the family still has mounting medical bills and many expenses related to their recent displacement.
The city placed a guardrail in front of the house, but ultimately it wasn't strong enough to protect the inhabitants from a fast moving vehicle. Multiple times vehicles have crashed against the guardrail, in this case it resulted in property damages and bodily injuries. The motorist was allegedly going 60mph and hit the main bedroom of the home at full impact while they were peacefully sleeping in their bedroom.

The City of San Diego has deemed the house *uninhabitable* making the situation more dire in terms of displacement. The house was so badly damaged the rebuilding could take a long time. More updates soon.
